designed for ADHD first ⏱ under 2 minutes

mirrah is for moments like these

they haven't texted back

your chest is tight. your thumb is over send. come here first.

you feel nothing at all

numb, foggy, can't move. mirrah starts where you are — even if you feel nothing.

the spiral won't stop

you know it makes no sense. you still can't stop. mirrah doesn't explain — it breaks the loop.

rejection sensitivity just hit

one look, one tone, one unanswered message — and your whole body is on fire. mirrah catches you before you spin out.

the science

your body reacts in 12 milliseconds.
your thinking brain needs 20 minutes to catch up.

how mirrah works

three steps. under two minutes. your body does the rest.

1

check in with your body

tap where you feel it. the body map shows mirrah what's going on inside you right now.

2

get matched to an exercise

based on how you actually feel — not a guess. a racing heart gets different help than feeling numb.

3

feel the shift

do one more, or you're done. mirrah shows you what comes next — or just sit with it.

body first

your body picks the exercise

tap where you feel it in your body. mirrah reads what your body is doing and gives you something that actually fits — not a generic breathing exercise.

designed for the moment you need it

most tools teach you about your patterns after the fact. mirrah gives you something to do in the 90 seconds between what set you off and the text you'll regret.

mirrah learns you

the more you use it, the more it sees. your patterns. your changes. your growth.

is telling you
chest tightness → anger
In 14 of 18 times you felt chest tightness, you named anger within 30 seconds. Your chest knows before your mind does.
stomach + jaw = shame
When your stomach is tight and your jaw clenches at the same time, shame follows 80% of the time. This combo is yours alone.
your regulation style is shifting
At first: mostly breathing (70%). Now: more balanced — breathing 45%, movement 30%, grounding 25%. You're building more tools.
personalized sequencing
Based on your past, when you're in fight/flight with chest tension, mirrah now picks: box breathing → body scan → grounding. This order works 91% of the time for you.

You're calming down 40% faster than when you started. Your body is learning the way.
state trends

built on science, not trends

mirrah is built on three areas of real science.

polyvagal-informed
somatic experiencing
ADHD-primary design
polyvagal theory

your body picks fight, freeze, or safe before you know it. mirrah reads which one you're in and responds to that.

somatic research

your body holds what your mind can't sort through. body-first exercises work faster than thinking your way out. that's what mirrah uses.

the 90-second rule

a feeling lasts 90 seconds in your body. everything after that is a story you're telling yourself. mirrah lives in that 90-second window.

"your phone is already in your hand. mirrah turns that moment into a better choice."

— the thing between the trigger and the text

Yaniv, founder of mirrah certified authentic
relating facilitator
why I built this

I have ADHD. I spent years stuck in my head — making up stories, overthinking every text. while dating, hard conversations would send me reaching for my phone to calm down. but I'd end up writing texts I didn't want to write, doing things I didn't want to do.

I learned everything — my patterns, my habits, all of it. knowing didn't help me act differently in the moment.

then I learned to listen to my body. it changed my life. the phone will always be in our hands — so I wanted to put something good in it. a small choice that makes room for a bigger one.

questions you might have

no. mirrah doesn't ask you to be calm. it meets you where you are — racing heart at 2am or shut down on the couch. body first, not "just relax."
no. mirrah works from your body, not labels. you don't need to know anything. just tap where you feel it. the app does the rest.
that's really common. the body map helps you learn over time. lots of people start with "I don't know" and that's fine. you don't need to be good at this. mirrah helps you get there.
yes. your body map, triggers, and exercises never leave your phone. we don't sell data. ever. what's yours stays yours.
mirrah isn't therapy. it's the 167 hours between sessions. your therapist helps you understand your patterns. mirrah gives you something to do when your therapist can't be there.
mirrah is built on real science. polyvagal theory explains how your body shifts between fight, freeze, and safe. body-based research shows that working through your body is faster than thinking your way out. and the 90-second rule — feelings pass through your body in 90 seconds. everything after that is a story. mirrah works inside that window.
it was built for ADHD first. 3 choices max at any time. time is always shown. no streaks that punish you for missing a day. under 90 seconds. stay curious, skip the guilt. if it works for the ADHD brain, it works for everyone.
